      As the one commenter said - the thing is supposed to highlight a problem I see with the new ship movement system in place. I just thought it'd be more entertaining to read my complaint in verse than a dry account of why the new ship movement, as it is, is adding a new factor that prevents Miners, Xenoarchaeologists, andthe NT pilot from doing their jobs a pretty huge portion of the time.

        The primary issue seems to be that the Torch engine has a coolant ratio of three in the cold loop to one in the hot loop. At least that's how I understand it.

        Not really. There's nothing that could go wrong with using 2-2, especially with N2 where there's only minor performance difference. It might make sense with ultra-high powered phoron setups, but with N2 the difference can easily be ignored.
