You'll find that I'm actually one of the most lenient administrators, if you want to accuse me of acting too harshly, anyway. I will only ban somebody who shows that they will not play by the rules, may it be by either explicitly stating so, or by repeat offenses.

Not only was my statement not to provoke you but just provide an explanation, but it was unknown (originally) why the third strike was spared- although, I'd harbor a guess as to that's being a factor or reason to warrant an investigation, in order to prevent the strike being dealt. Again, not trying to provoke.

You haven't provoked or offended me. Apple Master and Daanesh released just enough information about the situation to paint ToG and myself in a bad light, purposely neglecting to provide important context. I just want to provide that context.

To be honest, I'd much rather people bring up issues like this to me rather than simply forming misinformed opinions.
