Too much is reliant on one admin's judgement, as our appeal system is by default to the banning admin, for example. Given that these don't expire, this gives a lot of room for abuse. So, if you want it to go away, make the ruling that all notes older then a year are considered old, and no longer valid grounds to judge a player on.

Again, it just sounds like the wrong problem is pegged, an admin doesn't really need old notes to unfairly ban you if he's the only one handling your entire process.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one reviewing other people's appeals. Plus seniors and tog.
