Add-Antag Votes

    Just making things clear based on some feedback from a public IRC meeting. Players can call add-antag votes whenever they like, AFTER the initial roundtype vote has concluded. If the vote is called before the roundtype vote, it breaks the round. If a vote ends in "none" or antags fail to be added, it is automatically disabled for the rest of the round.
