What happened:
During this round, which was Traitor, Billy Banana decided about 2 minutes before the jump initiated that he would randomly take out a drill and start attempting to murder the XO, Martin North, and the nearby Jack Norlan with a mining drill. This was done with next to no discernible motive or any kind of leadup, violating rules 28 and 31, and when he was finally put down by security, he only shouted "FUCKER . . . LONG. LIVE. THE SYNDICATE." Given the Syndicate does not exist within our lore...and a handful of words can hardly be considered appropriate justification for wanting to randomly murder another player and take them out of the round, I take great issue with his actions.
His behavior for the rest of the round, as well as from the other characters that the player has played (Bob Banana, the commanding officer, for example), have also demonstrated extremely poor gameplay/roleplay that violates rule 20 (specifically, 20c - 20f), though that is not the subject of the complaint and merely something to give context.
