Posts that go off topic will be removed. Talk about the specific posted PR, not about general policy, slippery slopes, or other PRs that are open. Guidelines A useful comment can be either one stating a concern, a comment on the game design impact, or your personal opinion. However, in order to be useful, opinion comments also must say what that opinion is based on. Saying that you feel something is good or bad for people who aren't you isn't useful. Comments that are not useful: I'm against this because I don't like it I don't like this because it's overpowered I'm against this because the PR owner didn't explain it well I'm for this because it sounds cool This is neat and I like it Sounds good! This is dumb Why would we ever do something like this? I'm against this because it's not balanced I'm for this because it's good game design I'm against this because I feel it's unfair for people who like to do X. We shouldn't punish people for liking X because of Y Comments that are somewhat useful: I'm against this because I don't like that it'll make engineering harder I'm against this because xenophages should be strong and this makes them less strong I'm for this because it'll add more stuff to do when playing medical I'm for this because I like that it'll make my character look more badass I don't like this because it means my character can't do thing X anymore and I like doing X thing I agree with the above post because of reason X Comments that are very useful: I'm against this because it's important for medical that X is true for reason Y. This stops X being true for reason Z so it's bad for medical I'm for this because X has been a problem with security for a while. I find X frustrating because Y. This will stop X by doing Z and so I'll find security more enjoyable I'm for this because I feel realism is important for reason X. This supports realism by doing Y so I feel it'll be beneficial. I'm for this because I think it's dumb that people can do X with their characters. It's dumb because of reason Y. Since this will stop X I think it should go through. I think this is a good change because it follows specific game design component X. Component X is good for bay because of Y. It follows X because it does Z and so it'll improve the server.
